Please check the “Accounting Period” to display correct dates. You can only see time entries that are within the date period specified.
If you are using Advanced BioTime software to input punches into the PayPunch:
Make sure that Advanced BioTime is active by right clicking on the icon in the system tray. If you do not get any response from the program, you need to restart Advanced BioTime.
Right click on Advanced BioTime and make sure that the option “Export to Database” is checked.

If your employee punched in and/or out before you assigned a shift to him/her, you need to refresh the entry. Double click in the time entry and press ok. It will be recognized and assigned to the shift afterwards.
