My time records are not transferred to PayPunch.
| A:
- Make sure that Advanced BioTime is active by right clicking on the icon in the system tray. If you do not get any response from the program, you need to restart Advanced BioTime.
- Right click on Advanced BioTime and make sure that the option “Export to Database” is checked.
